Where do I park?

For clients & customers, please feel free to park right out front of the business you are visiting.
For residential tenants, please park in the rear upper level.
For commercial/retail tenants, please park in the lower parking lot .

How do I pay my rent?

Checks, cash or Venmo are the ways we can process rental payments. Please make checks payable to “BRETT PROPERTIES LLC”. Our Venmo account name is @brettproperties.

What is the security/fire alarm system?

Every suite is required by the Simsbury Fire Marshall to have/be near a working fire extinguisher.  We ask that you make yourself familiar with where it is located and how to operate it. There is a building-wide smoke/fire alarm system, but no sprinklers, since the building is listed on the national registry of historic places. Please do not tamper or block your suite’s detector(s). There will be annual tests of the system to ensure the detectors and sirens are in operational condition.

We have exterior security cameras all around the building. For the 2nd and 3rd floors offices, security cameras are installed in the entryways for everyone's safety. These cameras are monitored only by the property owners.

How often is cleaning performed?

Common areas and common bathrooms are cleaned once a week, either in the evening or the weekend, so as not to disrupt you doing business. You are responsible for the cleaning of your suite. If you notice something that needs immediate attention, please email or text us right away.
